Background The definition of an aneurysm is a dilation artery more than 1.5 to 2 times its normal diameter. Visceral (or splanchnic) aneurysms include those concerning the celiac truncus, superior mesenteric artery, inferior and their branches. This classification does not aortic renal aneurysms. It rare, but clinically significant pathology because high mortality risk. Despite this rarity, cases have been accumulated better understood. Novel techniques for management developed with advent interventional radiology. However, our case concerns emergent surgical repair ruptured aneurysm, rather elective repair. Case presentation 61-year-old female patient complains diffuse, intermittent abdominal pain lasting almost one week. On last day suffers from excruciating brought emergency department. Objective evaluation shows pallor, diaphoresis, low blood pressure, tachycardia guarding in all quadrants. An ultrasound spots presence free fluid recesses. A diagnostic peritoneal needle aspiration pure blood. AB0 Rhesus type identified prepared operating theatre. Following laparotomy, lavage, rupture gastro-duodenal ligated origin. tolerated procedure well was discharged good health. Possible risk factors associated conditions include: chronic pancreatitis, liver cirrhosis, vascular abnormalities as fibromuscular dysplasia polyarteritis nodosa.
